Item 5.02. 
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
(b) On September 16, 2020, Mr. James Villa resigned as President of the Infinite Group, Inc. (the "Company") to become effective on September 16, 2020. He will remain as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and a member of the Company’s Audit Committee.
 
(c) Effective September 16, 2020, the Company appointed Mr. Andrew Hoyen, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, as President. Mr. Hoyen will continue to serve as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
