Item 7.01 Full Disclosure
In 2015, Ameri Metro, Inc. (the “Company”) established and adopted the 2015 Equity Incentive Plan. The plan was funded with class B shares. According to the plan schedule, the Company issued class B Shares to the Directors. Each director was entitled vested 200,000 class B shares. The Company issued the 2015 Equity Incentive Plan shares to each director. Please see attached PDF for details.
