Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 1, 2020, Jamf Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. In the press release, the Company also announced that it will hold a conference call on September 1, 2020 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
