On August 27, 2020, Shepherd’s Finance, LLC (the “Registrant”) issued a press release discussing the Registrant’s financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
