Item 8.01 Other Events.

The El Con Center Mortgage Loan and the Shetland Park Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 2.0% and 1.4%, respectively, of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, are each an asset of the issuing entity and are each part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of July 1, 2019, relating to the Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C51 transaction, filed as Exhibit 99.9 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 20, 2019 (the “WFCM 2019-C51 PSA”).  Effective August 26, 2020, pursuant to Section 6.03 of the WFCM 2019-C51 PSA, C-III Asset Management LLC (“C-III”) has transferred substantially all of its assets to Greystone Servicing Company LLC (“Greystone Servicing”), a Delaware limited liability company, which, as the successor to C-III, has assumed all of the rights, duties and obligations of C-III as special servicer under the WFCM 2019-C51 PSA. 

 

In the interest of transaction management, this Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of August 26, 2020, the El Con Center Mortgage Loan and the Shetland Park Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the WFCM 2019-C51 PSA, by Greystone Servicing.  Greystone Servicing maintains its principal special servicing office at 419 Belle Air Lane, Warrenton, Virginia 20186.
