On August 26, 2020, Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting topline results and positive proof-of-concept for ONS-5010 / LYTENAVA™ (bevacizumab-vikg) from NORSE 1, one of the Company’s clinical trials under its Phase 3 program in wet age-related macular degeneration. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
