Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On August 26, 2020, Bright Mountain Media, Inc (the “Company”) issued a correct and replace press release relating to the financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2020. The correction relates to the cash used in operations for the second quarter of 2020 and 2019.

 

On August 26, 2020, Bright Mountain Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Company would participate at the LD Micro 500 Virtual Investor Conference taking place September 1-4, 2020. A copy of the presentation is being posted on the Company’s website at www.brightmountainmedia.com.
