Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

   

On August 14, 2020, Jay N. Levine resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of FinServ Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Levine's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company.

 

To fill the vacancy on the Compensation Committee of the Board (the “Committee”) created by Mr. Levine’s resignation, the Board appointed Aris Kekedjian to serve as a member of the Committee and Diane B. Glossman as the Chair of the Committee.
