Section 1 - Registrant’s Business and Operations

 

Item 1.02. Termination of A Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On August 14, 2020, Green Hygienics Holdings Inc. (“we” or the “Company”) paid $200,000 as payment in full all remaining amounts due to Triton Funds LP under that certain 10% convertible promissory note (the “Note”) in the aggregate principal amount of up to $750,000, as amended, due August 20, 2020.
