Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 19, 2020, American International Holdings Corp. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”), filed a press release disclosing the launch of the Company’s Online Telemedicine Platform, www.ZipDoctor.co. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
