Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officer; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers’ Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 10, 2020, Jorge Morales provided Conifer Holdings, Inc., with notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Morales’ resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company. Mr. Morales’ replacement will be confirmed during the Board’s next quarterly meeting scheduled for August 24th, 2020.
