On August 4, 2020, Berry Corporation (bry) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial condition and results of operations for the three months ended June 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
