Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 31, 2020, Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary results for the first cohort from the Company’s ongoing Phase 2 long-term safety study of ARQ-151, a topical roflumilast cream, as a once-daily chronic topical treatment for plaque psoriasis.
These results are preliminary in nature and may change as patients progress in the trial and as additional patients may be enrolled. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
