On July 28, 2020 Systemax Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020 (the "Press Release") . The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
On July 28, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, management will provide pre-recorded remarks on the Company's financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The Press Release also announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.14 per share payable to common stock shareholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2020, payable on August 17, 2020.
