On July 28, 2020, Rocky Brands, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release entitled "Rocky Brands, Inc. Announces 2020 Second Quarter Results" regarding its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. A copy of the Company's press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
