On July 27, 2020, Professional Holding Corp. (the “Company”), the parent company of Professional Bank, announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. A copy of the press release announcing the Company’s results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
