On July 23, 2020, Investar Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting second quarter 2020 results and posted on its website its second quarter 2020 earnings release. The materials contain forward-looking statements regarding the Company and includes a cautionary note identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated. A copy of the earnings release is furnished as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
