On July 23, 2020, Nesco Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call at 8:30 A.M. ET on Thursday, August 6, 2020, to discuss its second quarter 2020 results. A copy of the press release announcing the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
