On July 21, 2020, Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. issued a press release to report earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

On July 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable August 10, 2020 to shareholders of record as of August 3, 2020.
