On July 20, 2020, the Registrant issued a press release announcing certain preliminary estimates of its financial condition and results of operations for its fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2020, as well as other information. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
