On July 7, 2020, Owl Rock Capital Corporation (“ORCC” or the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020 on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 after market close. The Company will hold its earnings webcast / conference call on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
