ITEM 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective as of June 30, 2020, Michael Saxon resigned as CEO and a director of the Company by mutual agreement. Mr. Saxon’s resignation was not a result of any disagreements with the Company.
