Other Events
On June 26, 2020 Standard AVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”) announced it is set to join the small cap Russell 2000
Index and the broad-market Russell 3000 Index at the conclusion of the 2020 Russell indexes annual reconstitution, effective after the U.S. stock market opens on June 29, 2020. A copy of the Company’s press release is included as Exhibit 99.1.
