On June 26, 2020, Pfenex Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Theramex, the European commercialization partner for the Company and Adalvo (formerly Alvogen B2B), received a positive opinion for PF708 (branded in Europe as Livogiva™) from the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMA). A copy of the press release announcing the foregoing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
