On June 22, 2020, Scott L. Hoffman notified Amplify Energy Corp. (the Company) of his intent to resign from the board of directors of the Company (the Board), effective June 23, 2020. Mr. Hoffman served as a member and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board. There were no known disagreements between Mr. Hoffman and the Company which led to Mr. Hoffmans resignation from the Board. On June 23, 2020, Christopher W. Hamm, a current member of the Board, was appointed to serve as a member and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board.
