1.01
Entry
into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On June
18, 2020, SeD Home & REITs Inc. (“SeD Home”), a
wholly-owned subsidiary of SeD Intelligent Home Inc. (the
“Company”), entered into a Loan Agreement with
Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, a New York banking
corporation (the “Lender”).
Pursuant
to the Loan Agreement, the Lender provided a non-revolving loan to
SeD Home in an aggregate amount of up to $2,990,000 (the
“Loan”). Repayment of the Loan is secured by a Deed of
Trust issued to the Lender on the property owned by certain
subsidiaries of SeD Home. The maturity date of this Loan is July 1,
2022. The Company and one of its subsidiaries are guarantors of
this Loan.
