Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 22, 2020, Myers Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Thomas Harmon, Chief Human Resources Officer, tendered his resignation as an officer of the Company on June 16, 2020, to be effective July 10, 2020.
