On June 17, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing $15 million award from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) for development of bacteriophage therapy to treat S. aureus bacteremia infections. The full text of the press release issued in connection with this announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
