Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On June 2, 2020, the Board of Trustees approved minor administrative changes to the Amended and Restated Bylaws. The description herein of the Amended and Restated Bylaws is qualified in its entirety, and the terms therein are incorporated herein, by reference to Amended and Restated Bylaws effective June 2, 2020 filed as Exhibit 3.1 hereto.
