On June 3, 2020, R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company issued a press release announcing the early results for its previously announced registered exchange offers and consent solicitations for certain of its outstanding debt securities, including satisfaction of the minimum tender condition, and the extension of the time to receive the early tender consideration. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
