Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;
Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 2, 2020, Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced to the organization that Mr. Richard E. Chandler, Jr. will depart from the Company, effective June 30, 2020. Mr. Chandler has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary to the Company since October 2017, and previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary to Chicago Bridge Iron Company, N.V. and was a partner in a major international law firm.
The Company thanks Mr. Chandler for his service over the last 3 years and wishes him all the best in the future.
