Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Brigham Minerals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), held on May 28, 2020 (the “Annual Meeting”), the matters voted upon and the number of votes cast for or against, as well as the number of abstentions and broker non-votes as to such matters, were as stated below. The proposals related to each matter are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2020.

Item 8.01 Other Events

On May 28, 2020, as part of the semiannual borrowing base redetermination, the Company’s borrowing base with respect to its revolving credit facility (the “Credit Facility”) was reduced from $180.0 million to $135.0 million, and its elected commitment amount for the Credit facility was reduced to $135.0 million. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. serves as administrative agent under the Credit Facility.
