Item 8.01. Other Items.

 

As previously reported, on February 18, 2020, the Company received a notice (the “Notice”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company was not in compliance with the required stockholder’s equity of $2.5 million.

 

On May 21, 2020, the Company received written notice from the Listing Qualifications Staff of Nasdaq indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum stockholders’ equity requirement as of March 31, 2020 as set forth in Nasdaq Capital Markets Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) and that Nasdaq considers the matter closed.
