On May 19, 2020, Eiger BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release titled “Eiger BioPharmaceuticals Announces FDA Acceptance of NDA for Filing with Priority Review of Zokinvy™ (lonafarnib) for Treatment of Progeria and Progeroid Laminopathies.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
