In reference to and reliance upon the SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 R Release No. 34-88318 / March 4, 2020
ORDER UNDER SECTION 36 OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 GRANTING EXEMPTIONS FROM SPECIFIED PROVISIONS OF THE EXCHANGE ACT AND CERTAIN RULES THEREUNDER the Company has applied for the extended filing deadline.
The Company’s operations, which are located in the United States and the People’s Republic of China, has been adversely affected by the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, resulting in a delayed filing of the Company’s 10-Q quarterly report for the period ending March 31, 2020.
Success Entertainment Group International, Inc., a Nevada corporation shall, consequently, file its 10-Q no later than June 29, 2020.
