Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

        On May 14, 2020, Monitronics International, Inc. ("Monitronics" or the "Company", doing business as Brinks Home SecurityTM), issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, setting forth information, including financial information, which is intended to supplement the financial statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations contained in the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, which Monitronics filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 15, 2020.
