Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 14, 2020, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) is holding a member webinar to discuss its financial results through the quarter ended March 31, 2020 and other updates. A slide presentation is being presented during the conference. A copy of this slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A transcript of the call will be posted to the FHLB’s public website (www.fhlbcin.com) and remain posted for 45 days.
