Item 8.01 - Other Events.
Annual Meeting Update
On April 23, 2020, Arrow Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, due to the public health and safety concerns related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Company has canceled the in-person portion of its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The Company will instead host the Annual Meeting solely by remote communication virtually via the Internet or by phone. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.
The previously announced date of the meeting has not changed although the time of the meeting has changed, as noted below:
Meeting Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2020
Meeting Time: 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time)
