Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosures.
Argan, Inc. (“Argan”) announced that on April 9, 2020 its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, payable on April 30, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 22, 2020.
A copy of Argan’s press release announcing the dividend is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
