Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The President - CEO and other officers of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis ("Bank") will participate in teleconference calls hosted by the Indiana Bankers Association on April 9-10, 2020, and expect to participate in similar calls over the next several days with other trade associations in our district. The officers will present and answer questions related to the Bank’s actions and preparedness during the novel coronavirus ("COVID-19") pandemic; the continued availability of Advances; recent updates to Bank members regarding options for servicers under our Mortgage Purchase Program to provide relief to borrowers impacted by COVID-19; collateral eligibility; Affordable Housing Program initiatives; capital stock purchase requirements; and government relations activities. Bank members are encouraged to monitor communications from the Bank via Member Link and the Bank’s public website (www.fhlbi.com/COVID-19).
