William Gleeson, the Company’s General Counsel, resigned on April 5, 2020. Mr. Gleeson’s resignation was not based on any disagreement with the Company regarding any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company intends to engage an outside general counsel to replace Mr. Gleeson.
