On March 20, 2020, Mr. Wayne A. Reaud informed CBTX, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision not to stand for re-election at the Company’s 2020 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”), with such retirement to be effective on the date of the Annual Meeting.
