Item  7.01  Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 20, 2020, Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. (“Tri-State”) issued a press statement announcing that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission accepted Tri-State’s tariff filings and Tri-State’s board approved greater member contract flexibility.  A copy of the press statement is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
