Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 24, 2020, Jones Soda Co. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2019. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company will discuss its results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2019 on its scheduled conference call today, March 24, 2020, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time (1:30 p.m. Pacific time).
