Management’s Certification On Compliance with Applicable Servicing Criteria

Prudential Asset Resources, Inc., (“PAR”) is responsible for assessing compliance by it with the servicing criteria applicable to PAR under paragraph (d) of Item 1122 of Regulation AB (the “Servicing Criteria”), as of and for the year ended December 31, 2019, as set forth in Exhibit A hereto in connection with all commercial mortgage loans serviced within the Platform, as set forth in Exhibit B, during the applicable period;.

1.       Except as set forth in paragraph 3 below, the Asserting Parties used the criteria set forth in paragraph (d) of Item 1122 of Regulation AB to assess the compliance with the Servicing Criteria;

2.       The criteria described as not applicable on Exhibit A hereto are inapplicable to the Asserting Parties based on the activities PAR performs with respect to commercial mortgage securities transactions involving mortgage loans, also PAR has identified specific servicing criteria for which no transaction activity occurred;

3.       PAR has engaged certain vendors, which are not deemed to be servicers as defined in Item 11010) of Regulation AB (the “Vendors”), to perform specific and limited activities or activities scripted by PAR as of and during the Reporting Period, and the PAR elects to take responsibility for assessing compliance with the Servicing Criteria or portion of the Servicing Criteria applicable to such Vendors as set forth in Exhibit A hereto (such criteria, the “Applicable Servicing Criteria Performed by Vendor(s)”).

PAR has policies and procedures in place designed to provide reasonable assurance that the Vendor’s activities comply, in all material respects, for purposes of Regulation AB with the Applicable Vendor Servicing Criteria. PAR (i) has not identified and are not aware of any material instance of noncompliance by the Vendors with the Applicable Vendor Servicing Criteria that would affect PAR’s compliance and (ii) has not identified any material deficiency in PAR’s policies and procedures to monitor the compliance by the Vendor with the Applicable Servicing Criteria Performed by Vendor(s) as of December 31, 2019 and for the Reporting Period.

4.       PAR has complied. in all material respects, with the Servicing Criteria as of and for the year ending December 31, 2019; and

5.       PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has issued an attestation report with respect to PAR’s assessment of compliance with the Servicing Criteria as of and for the year ended December 31. 2019.

1122(d)(4)(xi) Payments made on behalf of an obligor (such as tax or insurance  payments) are made on or before the related penalty or expiration dates, as indicated on the appropriate bills or notices for such payments, provided that such support has been received by the servicer at least 30 calendar days prior to these dates, or such other number of days specified in the  transaction agreements. Y#1 = Fidelity bond and errors and omissions policies in force for Prudential. In addition, fidelity bond and errors and omissions policies are in force for the following vendors: Silverskills Private Limited (SPL) (approx.$1MM), National Tax Search, LLC (NTS) ($2MM), Covius Real Estate Services, LLC ($3MM), and Armada ($5MM).

Y#2 = The only third-party vendor to whom this applies is NTS. PAR transferred to the vendor the process of paying property taxes to the local government taxing authorities. Payment is made only after review, authorization and transfer of funds is completed by PAR. Policies and procedures are in place to monitor this vendor.

Y#3 = SPL performs monthly P&L Tax & Insurance, Reserve, and Suspense account compilations including review and approval of all self-reconciling bank accounts. PAR has procedures in place to review work performed by SPL.

Y#4 = A s outlined in the PSAs, the primary responsibility for safeguarding all original documents (except Letters of Credit, which are held by PAR) is with the named Document Custodian. The named Trustee has oversight responsibility for the custodian, not the Servicer. However, to the extent that loans are secured by Letters of Credit or loans are modified or some other credit action occurs which generates a new or revised loan document, then Servicer complies with this criteria.

Y#5 = PAR’S role related to additions, removals or substitutions to the asset pool only occurs after a decision is made to so modify the asset pool. The responsibility and any decisions related to additions, removals or

substitutions to the asset pool is with the Trustee, Issuer and related mortgage loan seller. PAR as Servicer has not experienced any of these types of actions in its CMBS asset pools.
