Item 8.01.  Other Events.

 

On March 18, 2020, Heat Biologics, Inc. (the Company) entered into a collaboration with researchers at the University of Miami to develop a coronavirus COVID-19 point-of-care diagnostic test designed to deliver results on a paper strip in under 30 minutes.
