Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 18, 2020, Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing 17% revenue growth for the full year 2019 and the operating results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2019. The Company also released information relating to the FDA approval of RediTrex™, the completed Caldolor® pediatric study in newborns and the newly initiated ifetroban clinical program. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
