Item 8.01    Other Events. 

On March 18, 2020, CBTX, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2020. In addition, the press release announces that the Company has temporarily suspended its share repurchase program.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, including the cautionary language regarding forward-looking statements.
