PICO Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on March 13, 2020 announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
