On March 12, 2020, 22nd Century Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release for the year ended December 31, 2019, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, the Company posted on its website, at www.xxiicentury.com, a letter to stockholders, which is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
